Give your mental health a boost
This winter, the Willowby Community League challenges YOU to get outside and get moving.
Physical activity can improve your mood, reduce stress and anxiety and improve your positive mental health.
So whether you walk to the store or shred the mountain slopes, you are boosting your mental health! This challenge runs for three months…plenty of time to make daily physical activity a habit that will stick.
The Ritchie Community League challenges all community leagues in Edmonton to get moving outside between January 1 and March 31, 2021. We will joining them and other community leagues around Edmonton for this Battle of the Community Leagues. So challenge your neighbors to get outdoors and stay moving for Mental Health
The challenge is to see what community can log the most kilometers of exercise outdoor over three months.
Any activity that can log kilometers are eligible ..... if you are stuck in quarantine then indoor kilometers count as well.
