Willowby does have monthly meetings; however, not always on the same day of the month.
Memberships for a family are $35.00 per year and are valid from September 1 to August 31 the following year.

UPGRADING WILLOWBY COMMUNITY LEAGUE IDEAS
We as a community league have applied for grants to upgrade the community hall. The board has lots of different ideas on what they would like to see done to the community hall but we also need to hear from you the members. We are also looking for 2 volunteers to join a committee to help organize the whole procedure. If you would like to be on this committee please call 780-975-2141.

Anthony Henday Drive Widening Project
Please be advised of an upcoming public meeting to provide information on the Anthony Henday Drive Widening Project.
Widening will occur on Anthony Henday Drive (Highway 216) between Whitemud Drive and Highway 2 (Calgary Trail) adding one traffic lane in each direction. Construction will start October 2019 and is anticipated to be completed in fall 2022.
The meeting will provide information on the project scope, construction schedule and the prime contractor, Carmacks Enterprise Ltd.

Indoor Soccer Registration Opens July 15 to Aug 31
INDOOR REGISTRATION 2019-2020 SEASON:PROGRAMS FOR U4 – U19. (2016-2001)
All players are registered under Edmonton Minor Soccer Association. West Zone representatives try to honor community, coach and friend requests, however, there are absolutely no guarantees of requests for player placement. If a community cannot host a team, the player will be placed on another team in the West Zone.
You will not be contacted beforehand.
All players registered & PAID by August 31st will be placed on a team.
Players registered after September 1st will be put on a wait list while teams are being formed.
Inquires regarding placement will not be answered during this time (Sept. 1st-8th).
Team rosters will be released to coaches, the zone does not release information to players/parents.
Coaches will contact players early in October.
The West Zone office will be CLOSED September 1st-8th for team formation.
